Our 2023 Apprenticeship campaign began with a fantastic opportunity to host a Careermap webinar, allowing us to connect with a national audience and present all of the opportunities we have available here at Bentley. The Careermap team was great to work with, and thanks to additional promotional efforts surrounding the webinar, we were able to widen our reach - supporting our focus on attracting future talent from a diverse range of backgrounds. The subsequent reporting from the event also allows us to effectively review the activity in order to improve our plans for next year.

“We were first attracted to Careermap’s proposal because it provided us with a more focused recruitment tool for apprentices than we previously had access to. As a national company, with 880 outlets from Inverness to Penzance and Aberystwyth, we try to locate the best candidates in all areas to fill our 200+ apprentice vacancies per year.
