Careermap Media Group are honored to be a part of this important movement, and we pledge to continue championing social mobility, diversity, and equality with the employers we work with. 

The Social Mobility Pledge Consortium brings together organisations from various sectors to collectively address and tackle social mobility challenges. The consortium aims to create a fairer society by increasing opportunities for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, ultimately helping them to access meaningful employment.

By joining the consortium, organisations commit to taking specific actions and implementing strategies that promote social mobility within their workplaces and communities. These actions can include initiatives such as providing apprenticeships and work placements, supporting skills development and training programs, adopting fair recruitment practices, and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Her words outlined the transformative power of altering recruitment practices in order to make a genuine difference in people's lives. We need to break barriers and foster an environment of equal opportunity, and create a fair and level playing field. Our hearts were profoundly touched by the minister's message and we encourage the employers we work to join the commitment to driving positive change and creating a more inclusive society.
